     Wu Huiqiu, President of the National Association for China's Peaceful Unification (NACPU) in Washington, D.C., said that U.S. arms sales to Taiwan are an old issue. It should be pointed out that regardless of the quantity, type, or timing of the arms sale, they constitute a blatant interference in China's internal affairs by the United States. This is also completely contrary to the One-China principle that the U.S. has repeatedly affirmed.
